This was a really unfortunate purchase. I needed a pair of dressy shoes that would be good for walking and last a long time. I did my homework with trying on different shoes and brands in store, reading reviews, and ordered a few different ones to try from Amazon since good shoes are so expensive and I wanted to make sure I was getting something good for that much money. I settled on this pair as it looked good and felt good while wearing it around my bedroom. However, when I wore it out of the house for a couple hours (much of which involved simply sitting!) it hurt my toes so bad I had to remove them and walk home barefoot. Unfortunately, I had bought them as an early birthday present and waited to wear them until after my birthday, and I had felt so confident they would work well that I disposed of most of the packaging… and by the time I had a chance to try exchanging them, it had been too long and the seller wouldn’t respond to my messages anymore. Shoe return policies are the worst, because you don’t often know there’s a problem until you’ve worn them, making them ineligible for a return! Chiapetta was the seller I bought from - don’t buy from them unless you are absolutely certain the shoes will fit you!! Now I still don’t have good shoes and am out almost $100 :(
