I have never written an Amazon review. But I felt the conviction to write a review for this because I was THAT impressed. I bought these shoes a few days before my 3 week honeymoon to Europe. As I started packing I realized I needed cute but comfortable sandals to wear daily so that I don’t have to wear my hokas with my summer dresses. Don’t get me wrong, I love my hokas… but they are not cute to pair with honeymoon outfits. Lol. So I bought these after doing some research and reading some reviews… skeptical but oh so desperate. I wore them the first day for 6 miles and I had ZERO issues- feet didn’t feel sore, the straps didn’t fit in, and no freaking blisters. I was shocked. I wore these and another pair of naot sandals I bought for 3 weeks, walking 5-10min Everyday, mostly cobblestone sidewalks and had ZEeERO issues!!! Wow. They saved my honeymoon. I recommend this brand to everyone!Shoe is well-made, cork is excellent, very comfortable for my sore feet. This is my second pairSuper comfy with a lot of suppprt.These are the only sandals in the entire universe that fit my long, narrow feet, and they are wonderfully comfortable, but their soles don't last very long. The last pair I had was purchased in August 2019 and made it through 5 trips before the bottoms were completely worn off and almost caused me to fall in November 2021. I work from home so the majority of their wear occurred during those trips. Just something to keep in mind. Regardless, I will of course be buying another pair.Good for walking downtown.These are flexible enough to wear with anything, from church to dates to work.I love Naot sandals. I've bought this style for many years. They conform to your feet and walking pattern are comfortable and easy to put on with a simple velcro strap. This is the first time I've bought the navy blue and I'm glad I did.comfort and fit were great. i ordered a narrow, AA not available but overall would love to have this candle in many colors.shoes in the desert don't last too long because of the heat but will see how the glue and cork holds up.Slightly tighter across toes at first than another pair of NAOT sandals I have, but loosened up after wearing around house and are now a firm and comfortable fit. NAOT say they are a narrow to medium fit. The semi flexible footbed provides excellent support and moulds to your foot with time. I have yet to use this pair for long distant walking but have worn my other pair for lengthy distances over all sorts of terrain. While not the most elegant of sandals they serve their purpose and this black patent pair gives them a slightly more edgy look. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because they are not cheap. However, if you want a comfortable and robust walking sandal with some style then I can recommend them.I have a pair of Kayla nubuck sandals that are probably about 6/7 years old. They are beginning to show their age and I can't wear them in polite society any more! However, although the foot bed is cracked in a couple of places, they are still in fair working order. I bought a new pair so that I could wear them in the said 'polite society'. They are THE MOST comfortable sandals I have ever had. The only downside is that the grip is terrible in wet weather, which is a bit of an issue in Wales. But, then, why would you wear sandals in wet weather in Wales?! My new sandals are brilliant this year (we have a heat wave, which is practically unheard of!). Thoroughly recommend for people who have narrow feet, like mine. Enjoy!Naot tends to produce shoes for low volume narrow feet and so would it have killed them to make the strap not so long and to let the higher arched people wear the shorter strap.Also, the heel strap is a bit long, which requires the strap to be snug to compensate ... yes, my foot fits the bed of the shoe perfectly and my heel is not deformed.I'm keeping these and ordering black velcro tape to improve the look.Perfect fit. Excellent sandals, but the colour range could be more extensive.Bottom line: would buy more, with greater range of colours.Really comfortable, love them
