These replacement insoles are perfect for my NAOT Fiord Clogs. These shoes are 8 years old and holding up well - albeit a bit worn, but i needed new insoles. One of the reviews mentioned needing to order one size down from the shoe size, and it was good advice. My shoes are size 43 and I ordered 42 insoles and they are a perfect fit.My sandal is a 43, therefore I ordered a 43 insert which did not fit. I sent a note to the company, and they said to order a 42. After the return, and the 42 arriving, they feel like a new sandal. They should note on their site to order one size smaller.Great product excellent shippingI have bought and worn NAOT sandals for years (currently three pairs of sandals in my closet). In the past I have purchased their replacement insoles (not cheap at $55.00) in size 45 and it worked perfectly as a replacement. I recently ordered a size 45 replacement insole. NAOT have either mislabeled the nre insoles or made significant changes to the size 45 insole. The new replacement insole is 12.25 inches long. The size 45 sandal with the original insole is an insole that is 11.50 inches long. I checked all three of my existing size 45 sandals and each insole is 11'50 inches. I will never order another replacement insole from NAOT....they simply don't fit!Great inserts for plantar fasciitis, very comfortable.old footbeds were getting well worn. these new ones make it feel like I've got new shoes.
