Very comfortable, and very protective.I love these. I’m planning to buy one for every pair of shoes I buy. I only wish they lasted a little bit longer. They seem to wear down quite quickly. That having been said, they are the most comfortable and longest lasting of any Kevlar sole protection I have purchased.I had also previously purchased a pair of metallic insoles from STLFLX; but the metal ones were too rigid. This new pair of non-metallic insoles are just barely less rigid. Both types take up way too much space in your shoes and constrict your feet and make them sore immediately. I purchased one size larger as the anti-puncture soles have no protection at the tip. So if you purchase one size larger, you can use a pair of scissors to trim off the tip area with no protection and you will have full coverage from punctures. I do NOT recommend this product. I have ordered a cheap pair from another manufacturer and they show it rolled up on itself to show how thin and flexible it is. I’m hoping it’s thinner, and more flexible. Although I doubt it will be as well cushioned as STLFLX, but I need thinner and more flexibility.Update; the Chinese brand that was more flexible offered zero protection. I used a thumbtack on it and it easily punctured it. Someone has to come up with something that protects, and is flexible and comfortable and thinner.very goodUnusable due to thickness. Tried to replace original insoles in a pair of Redback boots; these wouldn't allow my feet comfortably into the boots again.MUY MAL PRODUCTO!Varias cosas negativas: No puede uno escoger la talla de la plantilla. Estaban muy largas y tuve que cortarlas. Son muy gruesas y no se cortan fácilmente. Al meterlas en el calzado son poco flexibles y dificiles de acomodar. Si se logran meter al zapato o bota, YA NO ENTRA EL PIE, queda MUY APRETADO y se estrangula el pie siendo imposible caminar con ellas!Quisiera devolverlas pero ya corté una de ellas. ¿que puedo hacer?
