The Brava is the perfect maryjane heel with a faux buckle hook & loop strap at the instep for accessibility. This style has a slightly padded heel cup for support & extra comfort. Naot's anatomic cork & memory foam footbed is wrapped in leather & microfiber and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible. The Prima Bella Collection features a 2 3/4"" polyurethane sole with a metal shank.

My orthotics soles are a bit too wide and makes the shoe open up on sides - i am wearing them anyway and they are actually very good. I also thought they might be really ugly but actually they are ok looking for an orthopedic shoes...dont look like a granny...so pretty good for office.
