Great classic shoe. True to sizeI had worn the Moc Star for a couple of years, until it got less comfortable, so decided to try the Freedom. I need a shoe with great arch support for my PF, and the Freedom is excellent - no foot pain at all. I haven't had it very long, but so far, it feels great on my feet! I need a roomy toe box, and it has that as well. The hazelnut color is beautiful. I wanted something a bit different - not too dark - and this color is really nice. All in all, a great shoe, and a good buy from Amazon. These were the greatest fitting sneakers ever. The best part, they were all leather. I had to settle for the only available half-size smaller than usual and a hope the smaller size will work. These are such comfortable shoes! They have a very robust insole, similar to a custom orthotics, without having a clunky look to the shoe itself. They wear very well—I have two other colors and have owned them for at least 2 years and they still look great. Will continue to buy more of these. I have wide toes and a narrow heel, so it’s difficult for me to find shoes that fit well. I love, love these!I was looking for a comfortable shoe to wear this sping and summer. I stand/walk for hours at work so I needed something cute but with a lot of support and this shoe is perfect! My only complaint is that the leather is super soft and that makes me nervous as far as durability goes - only time will tell. I am looking forward to warmer weather and an excuse to wear them.I bought these shoes after reading the reviews. The others are correct that the insole is kind of hard and not very comfortable. So, I went to the drugstore and bought some foam shoe inserts. After removing the insoles that came with the shoes I experimented with various foam inserts and my own custom orthotics. Now they are wonderful. If you are willing to experiment with getting your own insoles these shoes are great. They are now very comfortable and fit perfectly. The sizing is good. I wear a 7.5 M and they fit like a 7.5 M.I wear a 10 in most shoes - a 10.5 would have been better than this 10, but of course they don't come in 10.5. I suspect 11 would be too big, as my heels move around in these a bit already. I also think the fabric will stretch and make the fit across my big toe looser. Like the arch support, although I will probably change it out to something slightly higher, which the shoes will take.Got the silver color which I really like - although whatever the fabric is makes my feet hot, even with the little airholes. Probably not the best summer wear.ETA: After about a week of wearing them, they have indeed stretched out and now the 10 fits just a tad snug but it certainly fits.4-star review may be a bit premature since I'm still debating whether I have the right size. I ordered the Pewter in 7.5, my normal size, and they feel either a little narrow or a little short, I am not sure which (big toe hits the toe box). So I just ordered a pair in size 8, we shall see if that helps. That said, they are comfortable right out of the box, great arch support, and super cute - the soft metallic leather and rivet details give them a fun and funky edge that's a little more sophisticated than your average athletic shoe. They will be perfect for city walking, casual days at work, travel... can't speak to durability yet, but the quality appears to be as expected for the price.Super comfy, wide enough for bunions and great arch support. Cute to boot !
